How I went from BETA male, to a Phit WOLF 🐺
I come from a family of obesity, diabetes, and hypertension.
Growing up it never felt right. Health issues caused havoc in my family life.
The costs went beyond money…
We lost time, emotional energy, and, most of all, our freedom.
I hated seeing my family struggle to get things done…
I ESPECIALLY hated seeing them shovel thousands of dollars into medical bills…
But the breaking point came when I saw my aunt suffer a stroke…

In high school I dove into any sport I could find:
